Grandpa Halliday turns 83! (We think.)

81, 82, 83? Everyone was saying something different, and no one was quite sure. I think we finally cleared it up and it was 83. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But no matter what age Grandpa was turning, January 28th was his birthday and that's a reason to PARTY! We roasted hot dogs over a fire at his favorite place, his almond ranch (that he still operates!), what a perfect celebration. It was a beautiful evening for all to enjoy as the sun filtered a golden glow through the trees before falling beneath the horizon. I want an almond orchard, but that's another story. Happy birthday Grandpa!

Q with her grandma and great aunt Ann.
Ann and Janet singing to Grandpa. "You've had a birthday, shout hooray!"
Heather, Tony, and Janet getting their roast on.
Eric and Mike
Quincy with her first cousin once removed, Alissa. Not to be technical :)
New work gloves for the man who has it all.
Aunt Ann: "George W. Bush. Great president or greatest president?"
Mike and Alissa
Grandma and Grandpa
The group minus Dave (photographer) and Tony and Lisa (excused before the photo was taken to see McKay off to winter formal).
A quaint little spot.
Hide and seek anyone?
All good things must come to an end.
Everything's packed up, but Grandma's not ready to let go of Quincy just yet.
We had to wrestle her away.
Happy birthday, Grandpa!
