"If you can't stand the heat...

...get out of Virginia." (Isn't that how the saying goes?) I guess Seth and I and most of our friends just can't stand the heat, because we're dropping like flies and moving to other parts of the world. Alena and Sam left yesterday, Kari and Kirk left today, Kimi and Brandon a few weeks ago, Whitney goes in a few weeks, and so do we! A real mass exodus. As one final goodbye, we gathered our blankets and parked 'em on a patch of grass last Sunday after church. The boys brought their guitars and jammed a little, and us ladies... well, we just talked. I'm sure gonna miss this crew. I foresee in our future a few visits to 29 Palms, Hawaii, and wherever else they'll all get stationed!
